Description:

Join us to explore your way to more effective, efficient, pleasurable movement. These small classes are held in a serene environment that enables you to release unnecessary tension and turn your attention within. I will verbally guide you through gentle movement sequences, inviting you to try approaching them in a variety of ways. You will choose the path that works best for you. You can immediately apply what you learn to improve daily activities, hobbies, sports, work, performing and creative arts. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, such as T-shirt, warm ups, and socks or clothing you would wear to a Pilates or yoga class. Please call in advance to register.
