For those who have cancer or whose lives have been touched by cancer.

Everyone can benefit from moving and cultivating a deeper sense of awareness. During these Feldenkrais Method® classes, I will verbally guide you through gentle, pleasant, functional movement patterns. As you explore connections between your breath, unnecessary muscular effort, and quality of movement, you will develop a deeper sense of yourself. Stress melts away, flexibility increases, and posture improves. You develop better balance, coordination, and the ability to identify how to navigate your way to greater comfort. Rediscover pleasurable movement. Apply what you learn to daily activities at home , at work, and at play. Lessons can be modified for everyone—both people with cancer and loved ones welcome! Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, such as T-shirt, warm ups, and socks or clothing you would wear to a Pilates or yoga class. Please call in advance to register if that is not possible, feel drop in.
