Freeing the Neck
Series Dates: April 6, 13, 20, 27
The head, neck and back relationship profoundly influences the coordination of the whole body. The neck is the conduit through which movements of the head and back attain fluency. Restoring suppleness to the neck contributes a sense of ease, lightness and well-being to all action. In this 4-week class series we’ll use simple, easy-to-do exercises that will improve the range, flexibility and coordination of our necks, and thereby we’ll gain an ability to move with more ease and comfort. No prior Feldenkrais Method®/Awareness Through Movement® experience necessary. Wear warm, comfortable clothes that allow for movement.
