We are often unconscious of how we breathe and how we act.

Mindfulness is a process of attending to your present experience with open curiosity. Meditation is a practice that brings you into the present moment. Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® lessons are a form of movement meditation where you awaken mindfulness in action.

In this workshop learn to:
Expand your potential for full easy breath coordinated with your action.

Cultivate a non-judgmental attitude, not trying to fix or change, but simply noticing and allowing change to occur on its own.

Clarify habits and expand options.

Integrate your mind and body in action.
