Description:

This weekly class is great for both newcomers and experienced Feldenkrais® students. The only prerequisite is being able to get down to lie on a mat and get back up again safely. Please bring a bath towel to fold for head support. The St. Paul Jewish Community Center welcomes all, and has a full service fitness center.
