Gain a physical understanding of the weight bearing function of your skeleton to relieve the muscles of undo strain. Learn where and how you make unnecessary superfluous efforts. Learn to differentiate the feeling of effort from the feeling of power. And how the breath can reveal a tendency to strain. Whether you are physically active and want to keep it that way or you are hoping to return to physical activity without injuring yourself, this series has something for you!
