If you suffer from migraines, TMJ or repetitive stress injuries, the Feldenkrais Method®? could help you! Tension in the shoulders, chest, upper back and jaw restricts our breathing, concentration, and creates neck strain. Using the Feldenkrais Method? you can discover the unconscious muscular holding patterns that create tension and ways that you can change these habits to a more functional and pleasurable organization of the shoulders, neck, and upper back. Lessons are done sitting, standing and lying on the floor. Bring a towel and mat. No Class 10/11.
