Where Eyes Lead

Autumn is upon us and we adjust to the shorter days. Our eyes may tire in lamp light as we anticipate their startling in bright sunshine reflected on snow; we cherish the waning daylight. Is there more to see? Or does it seem that long hours of work somehow diminish our ability to take in the world around us?

Lessons that increase our awareness of how we use our eyes can change how and what we see, how we stand and how we move, and how we experience ourselves and the world around us.

Registration or payment can be done when you arrive, but plan to arrive 5 - 15 minutes early: the elevator in this building, well known for its popular food stores and housing a busy dance studio, is tiny and slow.  Mats, rollers, etc. are all supplied.  Wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring layers.  (You will be freer to move if you wear slacks.)
