Description:

Plan to wear comfortable clothing in which you can lie and roll on the floor.

Class is in the movement room in the basement of the Green Microgym.  Go into the gym and walk towards the back left and go down the flight of stairs.  The front door of the Green Microgym has a code, which I’ll give you after you register.  If you are a drop-in, please give me a heads up that you are coming so I can give you the code.
