Description:

This is a continuation of a year-long series that follows along the general track of how babies develop movement, using lessons that specifically use similar processes to what babies do as they learn to move and support themselves.  Although we are following a sequence, all lessons are great as stand-alone lessons and it should be easy to drop in to any class.  Studio Sol is a beautiful small movement studio, keeping the number of students low and allowing for more personal attention.  Dress in clothing that is comfortable to move in.  Mats are provided or you can bring your own.  Drop-ins are welcome!  Please call or check website for specific class descriptions or to check to see if class is cancelled: http://johannarayman.com/classes/calendar-3/
