Whether you have a yoga or meditation practice, or would just like more comfort in sitting, you’ll benefit from this workshop. When your pelvis moves naturally, movements of your upper and lower body coordinate to produce powerful, precise, graceful movements – and ease in moving or sitting.
Please be comfortable lying on your back, side or stomach and stting on the floor.
Limit: 15 students.
What to wear: Several layers of loose-fitting clothing.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Angela Alston, GCFP, MFA, began taking ATM® in 1996. She trained at the Feldenkrais® Institute of NY with David Zemach-Bersin, and at the Feldenkrais Center of Houston with Paul Rubin, two of Dr. Feldenkrais’ original US students. Angela offers a regular series at MoveStudio and Our Space and workshops in Dallas and beyond. She also offers private lessons (Functional Integration®).
