Description:
These classes are part of a seven week series. The cost for the series is $105.00 ($15.00 per lesson) you may join the series at any time and the price will be pro-rated for remaining classes. You may drop in on an individual class for a first-time initial fee of $15. The drop-in fee thereafter is $20.00 per class. Please be prepared to follow my no-shoes policy and remove them when you come inside. Socks are required. The Fundamentals of Brain/Body Dynamics Workshop is highly recommended as a prerequisite for attending this series of classes.
Register by phone or e-mail at least 72 hours before a series begins. For drop in classes, or to drop in on a series, please call for space availability. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, and please bring a mat or blanket to make yourself comfortable on the floor. Notify me if you have any special needs or to verify if something you require is already on site.
