Practioners/Trainees Register Now for the 2007 Conference

1. Use the Workshops at a Glance or the electronic brochure to get the workshop names and registration codes for your first and second choice workshops for Pre-Conference and each day of Conference you'd like to attend.
2. Registration for the 2007 Conference is handled by Acteva.com. To register:
   • Please note that Housing Registration for Reed closes at 5pm Tuesday 7/24 and will not be available on-site for last minute conference-goers. Register for housing on Reed's website prior to 5pm 7/24.
   • If you are a practitioner/trainee paying full price or using early-bird discount register via our online registration for practitioners and trainees.
   • 25% discount?: Use online registration for practitioners and trainees— Look for the 25% options for members, non-members and trainees. However, the 25% discount only applies for the full conference rates, not to per-day registration. Please note that if you qualify for more than one 25% discount, discount rates cannot be combined.
   • Board Members, CORR, or Presenters receiving 50% discount (or higher discount) should mail or fax in page 19 of the paper registration form instead.

Early Bird Rates

Registration must be received by 11pm (Pacific Standard Time) on Sunday, June 10, 2007. The FGNA Office is closed Saturday June 9, 2007 and Sunday June 10, 2007. If you have technical difficulties registering through Acteva.com, your best alternative is to fax your registration to: 503-221-6616. All faxes are time and date stamped with the time of arrival.
