In San Francisco, Moshe stated he could lift a person’s head without changing the tone in his arms. Can you? The quality of our touch and ability to move our students in Functional Integration lessons is determined by our own biomechanical efficiency. After several years of giving lessons, refining our ability to support ourselves when working becomes even more imperative. In this workshop we will examine how to work around the table with better support, ease, sensitivity and effectiveness than before , making our work more functionally directed. The principles that help us become efficient and effective can be directly applied to athletic performance, martial arts, playing music, dancing, walking, and daily life.
Jeff Haller PhD, (1983) has been a Feldenkrais trainer since 1993. His background includes athletics, martial arts, studies in Transpersonal Psychology, and outdoor activities.
