Description

“The hardest part of the body to adjust in a yoga posture is the brain.” — Yoga master Iyengar

“I’m not after flexible bodies, but flexible brains.” — Moshe Feldenkrais

The Yoga Sutras invite practitioners to discover stability and bliss (sthira and sukha.) In Feldenkrais work we regard ease as fundamental to learning and learn how to find stability in action. Discover how the Feldenkrais Method can support an enjoyable, injury-free yoga practice, increasing our skill in yogic movement as well as our sense of wholeness .  Learn how to increase flexibility without stretching.  Enjoy a day exploring the inner territory where these two streams mingle in a deep sense of embodied wholeness and vitality.

This workshop is also open to the public.
