Description

More than technique or a set of rules the art and language of riding is a dynamic, continual interaction between rider and horse. Information will be relevant for both equestrian practitioners & students and those unfamiliar with riding. Through work with unmounted riders in a saddle, “riders” will experience and understand balance and postural dynamics, using specific skills and language relating to Equestrians. Using Functional Integration and Awareness Through Movement lessons, discover how to translate a specific request from the rider, using ‘riding’ language, to bring awareness & understanding of body mechanics while riding.

This workshop is also open to the public for the morning half.
