Conference 2008 Workshop Open To: Practitioners / Trainees
Time(s): Cost: see rates |
This workshop will demonstrate clearly how Awareness Through Movement lessons can translate into walking with more grace, ease and whole-self integration. We will use walking-relevant lessons to bridge between: proximal and distal, parts and whole, inside and outside. The workshop, being open to the public, will also be an example of how to introduce the Feldenkrais Method within the theme of walking. For practitioners and trainees attending the workshop, the instructor will be available during lunch and after the workshop for discussion.
This workshop is also open to the public.
Diana Razumny (1993), a Feldenkrais trainer, has extensive experience with training programs in various capacities since she enrolled in her own in 1989. Assisting in five trainings continuously, she has designed curriculum including several segments with an emphasis on walking.
