Our feet are our base of support and our connection to the earth. Our feet contain nerve endings for sensing and responding to the many activities in our lives - standing, walking, running, dancing, skating....
However, wearing shoes, and walking on concrete sidewalks and flat surfaces lead us to lose the natural sensitivity that our feet possess. In this Awareness Through Movement workshop we will learn to re-experience our feet in new and interesting ways that will enhance our vitality and balance. We may even learn to balance a book or two on our feet. What a feat!
This workshop is also open to the public.
