Description

Like great compositions, great Feldenkrais lessons contain a clear beginning, middle and end.  In this workshop, we will focus on strategies for “book-ending” our lessons in order to make the benefits immediately accessible to our students.  We will examine the types of questions that encourage a functionally meaningful collaboration with our students and explore ways of developing home study suggestions for self-directed learning well after a lesson is over.  Framing lessons not only helps students take a lesson home but is also a great way to hone our ability to have meaningful conversations about the Method.
