Please register for on-site housing using the CU Housing registration form on the Conference website and choose one of the housing packages offered by CU. When you arrive at the site, pick up your room key and Parking permit at the Desk in Cheyenne-Arapaho Hall. Parking will be in lot #308 if you’re driving. Ground Transportation can drop you and your bags at the front door of Cheyene-Arapaho Hall if you are coming from the Denver Airport. Check-in is at 12:00pm on your arrival day, and ckeck-out is at 10:00am on the day you plan to leave.
The front desk of Cheyenne-Arapaho is staffed 24 hours per day between the arrival and check-out day.
