Theme: Moving Through a Changing World
Have you ever watched the tapes of the Amherst training and wondered what it was like to lie on the floor with over 200 people in the room and participate in Awareness Through Movement lessons? Maybe you were there and it’s been a very long time since many of your colleagues gathered in one room to listen and experience the processing of our work. One of the sub-themes woven through this year’s Conference is a building of our common story, a reflection of where we’ve come from, where we’re going and how we’ll get there. The idea of a community ATM as a way to begin our collective day gained traction during the planning process and became an irresistible in its potential to shift something for the individuals and the collective.
These classes are also open to the public.
