Conference 2011 2011 Conference Workshop Open To: Public / Practitioners / Trainees
Time(s): Cost: $250 |
In Higher Judo (written in 1948), Moshe presented judo concepts and highly praised the art of falling as well as dynamic stability among the most important features of judo training. This workshop will expose the practical influence of Moshe’s judo on the Feldenkrais Method®. Using ATM lessons from Amherst and Alexander Yanai, we’ll experience those features as complementary actions, in the aspects of self-preservation and efficiency of action. This workshop is suitable for everyone – no need for previous martial arts experience. I believe that everyone will broaden their knowledge about the Feldenkrais Method® and will acquire new ideas and tools useable for teaching.
