Description

Founded in 1998, FEFNA fosters education, research and public awareness of the Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education. A lot has transpired in the last 30 years since Moshe taught in and developed the Amherst training. Join us for a multi-media presentation of what’s new in the world of the Feldenkrais Method.

- Increase public awareness of the Feldenkrais Method®
- Use neuroscience research to describe what occurs in a Functional Integration® lesson
- Employ web and marketing tools to publicize Awareness Through Movement® classes
