On-campus housing and meal plans are available for our conference attendees and any family members traveling with them. Housing and meal plans must be purchased by June 6, 2011. Housing and meals purchased or changed after June 6, 2011 will depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed. No changes will be accepted after June 24, 2011.

| Single Room | $50/night. One occupant. There is a $15 non-refundable housing registration fee. Conference attendees registering for accommodations will be housed in single occupancy, dormitory-style rooms in Dakin House. Approximately 11 rooms each share a community bath area and lounge. Genders are separated by floors with separate bath facilities. Rooms are furnished with linens, bed frame and mattress, desk, chair, and bureau. Rooms are not air conditioned; fans are provided. No private baths are available. A very limited* number of rooms with two single beds are available for double occupancy. $100/night. These are first come/first served and not guaranteed. You may request a double room at the time of registration. If we are unable to grant your request, we will assign you to two single rooms. You must include payment for both occupants at time of registration.*Availability not guaranteed. Two single rooms will be assigned if a double is not available. Check-in for accommodations: Conference Registration and check-in for housing and meals will be located in Room 108 of Franklin Patterson Hall |

Hampshire Dining Commons
No nearby Off-Campus Dining Meal Plans Available In Advance Only*There is a $4.00 non-refundable Meal Registration Fee.
** FGNA will be sharing the cafeteria with other groups. Please note that at 8:30am, 1:30pm, and 6:30pm, certain food items will be pulled from the line for a nutritional weight loss camp. Feldenkrais Conference attendees are welcome to come into the Dining Commons to eat during these times, however please be aware that the full offerings will not be available. FGNA Members may enjoy their Regional Meeting lunch on Sunday July 10th free of charge, courtesy of the Council of Regional Representatives. |

| Bathrooms | Approximately 11 rooms within Dakin House share a community bath area and lounge. Genders are separated by floors with separate bath facilities. There are no rooms with private baths. | |
| Kitchens | There is a kitchen with refrigerator and stove available for shared use in the Dakin Student Life Center. You must provide your own utensils and cooking supplies. | |
| Wireless Access/Cell Phone Service/ Phones | Wifi is available in the dorms and most places on Campus. Passwords will be available at Registration. Cell phone reception is generally good. There are no pay phones on campus. A phone (requires calling card) is available in Dakin dorm. For emergencies, participants can be reached by calling the main switchboard For Hampshire College: 413.549.4600. | |
| Pool | Pool passes can be purchased through pre-arrangement with Hampshire College for $30. The pool is available for use only Monday-Friday 12:15-1:15pm. | |
| Air Conditioning | All workshop room are air-conditioned. Dorm rooms are NOT air-conditioned. Fans will be provided in all occupied dorm rooms. | |
| Parking | Please look for signs directing you to a designated parking area when you arrive. Conference attendees with vehicles will be provided with a parking pass. | |
| Other | Alcohol Policy Alcohol consumption by legal aged adults in the housing facilities is permitted as long as the quiet enjoyment of other occupants is not interrupted. | |

| Wheelchair access | All buildings are wheelchair accessible. There is an accessible dorm room also available. All buildings are within a short walking distance. (5 mins between buildings.) | |

Housing Refund and Cancellation Policy
Housing Cancellation and Refunds will be accepted through June 6, 2011. There is a $15 non-refundable housing registration fee. After June 6, 2011, we regret that no refunds will be available for housing cancellations.
Meal Plan Refund and Cancellation Policy
Meal plan cancellations are available through June 24, 2011. If you have purchased a single meal (e.g. 1 lunch or 1 breakfast), refunds are not available. For all other cancellations, refunds are available. However, there is a non-refundable $4 meal registration fee. No cancellations or refunds are available after June 24, 2011.
