How can Feldenkrais® movement lessons have a significant impact on individual development, performance, and health? This workshop provides answers. Participants will experience a Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® lesson, as Dr. Rosenholtz provides a rich theoretical and embodied context. You will emerge with new appreciation for the elegant insights into human functioning and learning that propel the effectiveness of the lesson, and the Method overall. The Feldenkrais system of movement pedagogy, grounded in a biological and developmental perspective of human learning and education, has much to offer professionals from diverse fields of practice and inquiry.
