Utilizing thematic variations of the ‘Head Under the Gap’ lessons, we will specifically work on how to generate questions as a part of “creating the conditions for learning”. The constraints and questions to be used in this series of five morning lessons will lead to the direct experience of activating your movement potential with the discovery of a myriad of rich ways of engaging yourself. To explore these novel and synergistic lessons, the questions offered will lead your attention inward to enhance your ability to make distinctions, sense differences, and bring the lessons into your life.
