Effective human movement, and on occasion our very survival, revolves around a clearer, more complete image of how turning is organized. A series of variations on the theme of twisting will develop your experience of the relationship between turning and lengthening. Over the course of these five morning lessons, you will learn that well organized twisting is, literally, child’s play.
