Description
Moshe wrote, “We act in accordance with our self-image.” How does the self-image change when your eyes move better, discern your world differently? An ATM® lesson designed to enlarge your perceptions and help you change your stance in the world. Put the “I” in eyes. Please bring a blindfold or a scarf.
Presenter Bio(s)
Ellen Soloway (1983) practices in New Orleans, Chicago, and Atlanta and became an assistant trainer in 1993. As the editor of the Alexander Yanai Lessons, Ellen is familiar with the development of Dr. Feldenkrais’ thinking over time. Ellen graduated from Amherst as well as Mia Segal’s training program.
