Are you new to the Feldenkrais Method®? Have you taken some classes and want to try a Functional Integration® lesson? Would you like an opportunity to more deeply experience the Feldenkrais Method? This program is designed just for you. There will be a different Awareness Through Movement® group class each hour and mini Functional Integration lessons to explore. Plan on joining us on Labor Day for an afternoon of learning how to move with greater ease and comfort, and to labor less. Advanced sign up is recommended. Donation to FEFNA. Check or cash only.
