The eye is our window to the universe and our eye movement is our universe’s window to us. The non-verbal communication of eye movements conveys one’s personal and emotional state in social interactions. How the eye works, however, is elusive. Misuse disrupts the balance of the visual system. In this workshop, we will learn to bring the requirements for vision and action into alignment through exploring our use of the eyes. Discover ineffective visual habits and experience connections to an improved quality of dynamic uprightness. Renew your personal quest for VISION in your professional and personal life.
