You have heard, “you know more than you think you do.” We can access that sometimes elusive knowledge by grounding our skills in our own inner knowledge, finding the conditions for it to emerge and develop into action. Utilizing the Wholebody Focusing process, we will: 1. Become present, letting our more unconscious reservoir of knowledge emerge in resonance with our students; 2. Grow more comfortable with Unknowing. Rather than searching for and relying primarily on conscious thinking, we can pause while present and let direct awareness ‘come to us.’ 3. Discover attuned action in our Functional Integration® lessons.
Donna Blank, MS (1983) has explored movement, creativity, relationship and consciousness since birth. Along the way she became a Feldenkrais® Trainer, early childhood educator, Laban Movement Analyst, dancer, wife, mother, and grandmother. She works with all ages privately, in schools, universities and training programs. She recently became a Wholebody Focusing trainer.
