Description

Rolling plays an important part in early development. It is through rolling that one creates a three-dimensional sense, and learns to transition smoothly from one orientation to another in the environment. Through rolling with laughter and play we develop a sense of comfort and safety and understanding of our world. So come, lie on the floor, roll around and find how rolling involves reversibility and equalization of effort, and creates a learning environment. Find out how the fields of attachment, social engagement, self-regulation, mindfulness and interpersonal communications come alive as well. Bring your sense of play, joy and curiosity.
