Description:
Daily Awareness Through Movement® class series organized around the theme of clarifying the relationship of the head to the body in the dynamics of movement. It is part of the seven day residential Barstow Institute on fundamentals and application of the Alexander Technique. Class is included in the Institute or can be registered for separately.
