Description:
Your pelvis is the power center of your body and your glutes are part of the large muscle complex that plays a major role in all the basic movements you do. When your pelvis moves freely, your upper and lower body coordinate to produce powerful, precise, graceful movement or stillness – and ease.
This is an excellent lesson for you if you have any mid back, lower back or hip discomfort.
Requirement: Please be comfortable lying on your back, side, or stomach, and sitting on the floor.
Limit: 12 students.
