Description:
This public workshop is open to musicians, music teachers and health professionals who work with musicians. Practitioners are welcome! The focus will be on developing awareness and understanding of the physical and emotional challenges musicians associate with learning and performing music. You will enjoy improved posture, breathing, greater mobility and flexibility and an increased sense of vitality and well-being. Bring your instrument!
