Description:
In this workshop you will learn several strategies to help you to alter how you sit in order to avoid back, neck and shoulder pain so you can work more comfortably without having to take time off work or take pain relief medications.
Preregistration is required. Lots of street parking, mats provided, light refreshments will be served.
