Description:
Many movements in daily life require folding. We tend to fold in habitual ways. When a piece of paper is folded repeatedly in the same place, it becomes susceptible to tearing; so can we.
In this workshop, you’ll explore how to fold more freely. You’ll benefit whether you have a yoga or other movement practice, or simply move through your life getting into a car, sitting in a chair, or reaching.
Limit: 15 students.
What to wear: Several layers of loose-fitting clothing.
