Description:
Improve performance; eliminate fatigue, muscular tension & joint stress by developing precision in specialized actions and postural alignment. This workshop is especially useful for manual therapists, musicians, visual artists and athletes. This workshop is for those who wish to explore the Feldenkrais Method®.
