Description:

This 2 Day Pre-Training Seminar is designed to give anyone interested an opportunity to experience what a typical day of a professional Feldenkrais Training is like. The training is a haven to mature, evolve & reinvent yourself, designed to expand both your personal & professional potential by making new connections within yourself & others. The Feldenkrais Method® will generate significant changes in how you move, think, feel, learn & act in the world!

Whether you would like to benefit from the method, meet Angel & Richard, or are about to make a decision on Training enrollment, these 4 workshops can be extremely valuable and informative. In addition to Angel & Richard, several visiting Feldenkrais Practitioners & Trainees will be available to answer your questions regarding the training process.
Each Seminar will have a different theme.

*$145 cost is deducted from tuition upon enrollment in the SEFT V Training!
