Description:
We stress a “good” head position, and good posture in general, but what does that mean? How we achieve that?
In this Awareness Through Movement® (ATM®) workshop we’ll explore the connection between head, shoulders, and the rest of the body. You’ll benefit from this workshop if you are a meditator or yogi or simply interested in being more comfortable in your physical self. No previous experience required.
Limit: 15 students.
Requirement: Please be comfortable lying on your back or side, and floor and chair sitting.
In ATM classes, the instructor guides students through a series of movement sequences organized around a particular function. The lessons consist of comfortable, easy movements that gradually evolve into greater range and complexity.
What to wear: Wear several layers of loose-fitting clothing.
