In this full day workshop, let yourself discover new ways to deeply listen to your body through mindfulness practices. Learn how to let go of unconscious behaviour patterns that no longer serve us, resulting in a greater capacity for intimacy with ourselves and those we care for. Learn new tools to effectively communicate without blame. Have fun trying new ways to express your emotional self through movement, vocal work and creative art.
