Description:

Let the Feldenkrais Method® help you protect your feet and ankles.

In this workshop, engage in gentle, therapeutic, Awareness Through Movement® sequences to:

- Explore the dynamics throughout your body which determine your base of support

- Develop balance and alignment at your feet and ankles for a stronger foundation

- Improve your sense of stability from the ground up

• ALL LEVELS WELCOME
• WEAR LOOSE, COMFORTABLE CLOTHING
• MATS PROVIDED • BRING A TOWEL
• PLEASE REFRAIN FROM WEARING SCENTS
