Description:
Improve your walking so that it’s joy to do. Cultivate the ease with each step that leads to endurance. Learn Awareness Through Movement® patterns developed specifically for walking. Class size is limited so that every person receives individual attention. You will go home with a CD of a lesson that speaks to your particular needs.
Wear comfortable clothes.
