When you drop a pin in a quiet room you can hear it more clearly than in a busy nightclub. The Feldenkrais Method applies this principle to our sensory motor experience, exposing unconscious habits in body and mind.

By slowing down and clarifying fundamental biological movement patterns, new options for moving, feeling, and thinking emerge. Improve the quality of your attention in movement and experience a shift in the quality of your life. Class is appropriate for all levels of experience and ability.
