Description:

The pelvic floor is part of an interconnected, coordinated system.

Through slow, gentle Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® explorations, you will learn to let go of unnecessary holding and improve the functioning of your pelvic floor.

You will also improve:

Balance, Breathing, Posture, Hip & Lower Back Comfort, Continence/ Elimination, Ability to Relax & Renew
