Description:

In this workshop we will explore Awareness Through Movement® lessons which clarify the structure and easy use of the hip joints. Working from both below with the feet and ankles and from above with the spine and chest we can restore a freedom and ease to the hips. The ability to differentiate more precisely between the hip joints, the mobilization of the lower back and the pelvis will also be explored. As always, with a better organization of the entire self in action various aches and pains in specific joints may be diminished.
