Mail or Email Lists Rentals from FGNA

Notice: The Rental of FGNA Email Lists Temporarily Suspended

Although using rented email lists has conflicted with the spam policies of many email marketing services and email/internet hosting providers, FGNA has recently noticed a trend of increasing strict enforcement of these policies and complaints from email recipients. FGNA has decided to suspend mailing list rentals until we can ensure that our email list uses by members are compliant with these external anti-spam policies.
We are sorry for any inconvenience. However, you still may rent a list of mailing addresses for postal mailings.
We are considering alternative options in lieu renting email lists. Please let us know if you have any suggestions.

Member-Only Benefit

Professional Members or Authorized Student Awareness Through Movement Teacher Year 3&4 Student Members may use this member benefit to promote events, products or services which area related to the practice of the Feldenkrais Method of somatic education, or are based on the teaching of Moshe Feldenkrais.  Members are not authorized to rent the mailing list on behalf of non-members.

Steps to Order a ONE-TIME USE List


In general, FGNA requires a minimum of 5 business days to complete an order.  Rush service (2 Business Days) may be available for an additional charge.

  1. First Pre-Check materials for service mark issues:Please pre-check any materials you plan to use in conjunction with the list to make sure they meet our US Service Mark Guidelines.
  2. Complete Order Form: Download the order form and policy above.  Fill it out, and please note the form must have the signature of the member who is requesting use of the list.
  3. Submit Form and Materials to FGNA for Service Mark Checking fax or email your order form to 503-221-6616 or sales@feldenkraisguild.com along with the marketing materials that will be used in conjunction with the list rental.  This step should happen prior to your materials being sent to the printer, in case there are corrections needed.  You might need to re-submit corrected materials.
  4. Receive Service Mark Approval: It is okay to print or produce your materials after receiving Service Mark approval
  5. Order Fulfilled:  After service mark approval, the credit card you provide will be charged, and then the lists will be emailed or mailed to you as you’ve specified on the form.
