What are my on-site lodging options?

You have 2 options to choose from:

1. Standard Double (Dorm Style). Rooms have uniquely designed décor to represent 4‑H. Although each room contains four beds, you’ll only be sharing it with one other roommate! Rooms include a private, attached bathroom you’ll share with your roommate, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, hair dryers and irons/ironing boards available upon request at the Front Desk.

2. Standard Single (Dorm Style). Rooms have uniquely designed décor to represent 4‑H. Rooms include a single bed with a private, attached bathroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, hair dryers and irons/ironing boards available upon request at the Front Desk.

Yes, there is free wifi across the campus for all attendees.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available and free for everyone, whether you staying on or off campus.

Are there other campus amenities?

  • Front desk staff is available to assist 24/7
  • Housekeeping staff provides fresh linens and towels
  • Metro bus stops directly on-property
  • Coin-operated laundry machines

What are the meal options for those staying on campus?

If you are staying on campus, the price of lodging includes your meals. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

 

What are the meal options for those staying off campus?

If you are staying off campus, you can purchase a meal package for $55/day when you register for the conference. The package includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

What are the meal times?

Breakfast: 7:00-9:00AM
Lunch: 11:30AM-1:30PM
Dinner: 5:30-7:30PM

What if I need to cancel?

The registration, housing, and meal plan cancellation deadline is August 17, 2018. If you cancel by August 17, 2018, a $100 processing fee will be deducted from any refund issued. There will be no refunds issued for any cancellations after August 17, 2018.
