IN THIS WEEKLY CLASS you will be guided through a Feldenkrais lesson. Each lesson invites you to sense different aspects of your movement the way a connoisseur would sense a fine wine or a scientist an interesting pattern in nature. This very attention has a transformative effect. Your movement becomes more easy, efficient, graceful and satisfying. The late Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais said his lessons make “the impossible possible, the possible easy to do and the easy to do pleasurable.”
The focus will be on balance, ease of movement and breathing. You may take either or both classes.
