To Update Your Profile Information

  • Select “Log In” in main menu (last item on the right)
  • Enter username and password and click “Log in” button. NOTE: If this is your first time logging in, enter your email address and click the “Lost Password” link. You’ll receive an email prompting you to set a new password.
  • “Log In” link in the main menu will change to “User Menu” once you’re logged in. Click “User Menu” to drop down items, then click “My Profile.”
  • Click “Profile” and then “Edit”. NOTE: Depending on your browser, you may be sent straight to your profile without this interim step.
  • Make updates and click “Save Changes.”
  • An administrator will review and publish your edits.

 To Add or Edit Your Profile Picture

  • Click on “Edit My Photo.”
  • Add or edit your photo.
  • Make updates and click “Save Changes.”

To Submit/Edit an Event or to Review Events You’ve Submitted 

  • Select “Log In” in main menu (last item on the right).
  • Enter username and password and click “Log in” button. NOTE: If this is your first time logging in, enter your email address and click the “Lost Password” link. You’ll receive an email prompting you to set a new password.
  • “Log In” link in the main menu will change to “User Menu” once you’re logged in. Click “User Menu” to drop down items, then click “Submit an Event” or “View/Edit Your Events”.
  • To “Submit an Event”:
    • Enter To submit an event, enter event details. Event(s) will be saved as a draft pending review.
    • After submitting, you can choose to “Add a New Event” or “View Your Submitted Events”.
  • “View/Edit Your Events”:
    • Click on an event to view or edit it.
    • You may also add a new event from this screen by clicking the “Add New” button.
  • An administrator will review and publish your event.
